When you’re a blogger, you need a laptop that is able to adapt to your changing on-the-go environment. It is hard to find a quality computer that can combine the portability of a tablet with a traditional work computer. The HP Spectre x360 does just that, and it is a powerful laptop choice for bloggers.
HP promises it has “uncompromising power to fuel your passions” and it follows through on that promise. With up to 22 hours of performance before needing to plug in for a charge, you are able to work day to night. It is also fantastic for photo and video editing with its rich colors, sharp details, high definition, and 4k display.
HP’s most powerful Spectre x360 convertible is $1,800 US. It does lean to the expensive side, but you really get what you pay for.

The Lenovo Ideapad is a great budget laptop with all the standard features for working remotely. It comes with either a 256mb or 512mb solid state hard drive for ample storage. The battery is great too, lasting up to 7 hours.
Lenovo have a range of Ideapad models available and prices range from £200 up to £700. The cheaper versions carry the AMD chips, and the midrange prices delve into intel processors up to a nice i7 for the higher spec Ideapad.
The Ideapad laptops are robust and travel well; they are quite lightweight, weighing approximately 1.5kg and it is thin in design, ideal to slip into a backpack. Overall, a robust but cheaper o ptions, which is ideal for blogging on the road.

When you think about buying a reliable and quality laptop for blogging, one name that doesn’t come to mind is Huawei. That is why Huawei have worked hard to produce this compact and rather good-looking machine that can get your job done pleasantly without costing you a packet.
The D14 is a small and lightweight (1,38 KG), 14 inch machine that has decent battery life and will fit comfortabley into a small travel backpack or even an A4 sized satchel bag. The smart aluminium shell and easy touch keypad make the D14 look and feel great to use.
Now for the numbers. Huwaei have loaded the D14 with a AMD Ryzen 7 3700U processor, which works perfectly fine for anything short of hardcore gaming. As a blogger, you can edit pictures, stream videos and do your daily tasks with ease. With a 512GB hard drive, you will have enough space to get you through your missions. Is this the best performaing laptop on the market, No it isn’t. But it is definatley great value for money, at around $700.

It may seem bizarre to use a tablet as a laptop, but in this case, it really works. The Microsoft Surface Pro X has an ideally sized 13” edge-to-edge touchscreen display, more than enough device storage for the average blogger and a battery that can last up to 13 hours on a single charge, (and a small charger that isn’t too bulky when you do need to take it with you).
It’s also highly portable. Weighing less than 2lbs, it’s perfect for slipping in your bag if you’re travelling and easy to whip out if you find some time to blog on the go, which can seriously help your productivity. It’s also a great blogging laptop for visual elements as the switch to tablet mode and handy pen allows you to draw up design ideas.
With a built-in stand and plenty of futuristic features, the Surface Pro X is one of the best blogging laptops out there.

The Asus Zenbook is certainly a good laptop for blogging due its high quality, neat design and affordable price.
This blogging laptop is a durable laptop that can withstand harsh conditions in a full backpack during long travel journeys. The Asus Zenbook laptop boasts a very high performace, thanks to its 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and 16GB of RAM. Meaning, you won’t struggle with this speed on this laptop if you have some hard-core work to do with it.
On top of having so many features such as the long battery life and an Ergolife tilt to change the keyborads position, this blogging laptop is quite affordable for what it offers. It costs around $1000 with 1-year accidental damage which makes it certainly a great value for money.
These are some of the best laptops that have been recomended by fellow bloggers. This list is by no means exhaustive. Our attempt is to give you a better idea of what is out there so that you can evaluate what you need and how much you are willing to spend. Of all of the models listed above I’m a fan of the Macbook Pro.
Anyhow, whatever you decide, take your time and make sure that you choose what is right for you. A laptop is the most important tool for a blogger. One that you will depend on day and night.
